I love pizza hut as I grew up on it. The food is great, but the atmosphere is horrible. The ceiling looks like it has the souls of a million pizzas engrained into it. The bathroom feels as drafty and cold as the outdoors. The floor is the same carpet they've had for decades. Honestly the service and flavor is there, but the hut itself may as well be a shack with how it looks inside and out.

Called in a carry out order. Was connected to some sort of call center with a person that does not speak English well. Seemed very disorganized, when I went in to pick up the order. The pizza was good though.

We dined in and waited 80 minutes after ordering for our 2 pizzas to come to our table. Food was hot and delicious; wait staff was friendly and apologetic. We did get a discount because waited so long.
